Sandy Ryter is a unique jewelry designer who has incorporated her fine arts knowledge from the Massachusetts College of Art with her vast travel and cultural experiences. She likes to call her award- winning jewelry "wearable sculpture". Sandy's greatest influence comes from the fashion icon, Iris Apfel who is not afraid to make a spirited statement. Most of Sandy's designs have elements from her bead collection acquired from many countries such as The Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, China and Thailand. She enjoys travel and volunteering her time for a local art organization.
Sandy has won numerous jewelry artist awards (see Awards section on website www.RyterDesignStudio.com). She is Vice President at Large for the organization "Women In The Visual Arts". Sandy is an occasional Resident Artist of the American Cruise Lines.
Her work has been shown and/or sold in a variety of South Florida Galleries including: Posh Design Studio in Delray Beach, the Boca Raton Museum of Art, the Nathan D.
